You don’t have to relate to all of these. Most people see themselves in one or two.
A divorce, a big change, or a slow drift has left you wondering who you are now, and who you want to be next.
You’re good at what you do. You also can’t remember the last time you felt rested. You want to keep your edge without burning through yourself.
You’ve held it together for so long that you’re not sure how to put any of it down.
A drink, an edible, late-night scrolling, or staying too busy to feel has become how you unwind and cope. You’re starting to notice what it’s costing you.
If you’re tired of the way things are and ready for something different, even if it scares you, you’re in the right place.
Request your first sessionStress and trauma don’t only live in your thoughts. They live in your body, too. That’s why my approach blends evidence-based therapy with somatic, intuitive, and energetic practices, working with your mind, body, and spirit together.
You are the expert on your own life. I walk alongside you with clinical skill, honesty, and care, helping you reach the kind of healing talk alone sometimes can’t. I’m direct and collaborative, and I genuinely believe in your capacity to heal.
The goal isn’t just managing symptoms. It’s real, lasting change.

Everyone’s path is different. Here’s what clients often describe as the work unfolds:
Nothing you bring is too much. The way you react starts to make sense, to both of us, and it stops feeling like a mystery or a failure.
Real skills for the moments that used to knock you over.
A clearer sense of direction and what matters to you.
Or maybe for the first time. Life feels less chaotic, and you feel more in command of it.
I didn’t learn this work only from textbooks. I’ve walked through my own healing experiences that have required me to release old identities that once kept me going: the overworker, the overachiever, the one who prepared for everything. I still work on these every day.
What I’ve found is that I can bring every part of myself to the table, and I’m okay. That truth has quieted the anxiety, the over-preparing, the sense of never being enough, and the pull toward perfection.
It’s what I hope you find, too. For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in behavioral health and substance use treatment, first in state and community systems and now in private practice. I bring clinical skill, honesty, and a whole-person lens, and I love helping people take their next right step.
