My story
I didn’t learn this work only from textbooks. I’ve walked through my own healing experiences that have required me to release old identities that once kept me going: the overworker, the overachiever, the one who prepared for everything. I still work on these every day.
What I’ve found is that I can bring every part of myself to the table, and I’m okay. That truth has quieted the anxiety, the over-preparing, the sense of never being enough, and the pull toward perfection. It’s what I hope you find, too.
The intuitive thread
I’ve always been deeply intuitive, sensing more than I could explain. For a long time, that felt like too much, so I hid it and tried to numb it out. When I finally stopped running from it, I learned to work with that sensitivity instead of against it, first to heal myself and then to support the people around me. Today it’s one of the quiet gifts I bring into the room, always offered, never imposed.
Where strategy meets soul
My career has spanned government, nonprofits, and consulting firms, leading behavioral health, substance use, and public health work. That strategic side still shows up in my sessions. I care about insight, and I care just as much about a plan you can actually use. It’s part of the whole-person approach I bring to everything.
Outside the office
You’ll find me hiking, lifting at the gym, out on a paddleboard, or deep in the latest longevity research.
